EMDR Therapy for Male Survivors of Rape
EMDR therapy is one of the most researched treatments for trauma and PTSD. Many male survivors of rape choose EMDR because it focuses on helping the brain process traumatic experiences rather than forcing someone to repeatedly retell painful events.
